When a competitor discovers the name of the Manx
graphic, which happens to be the name of the piece, they fill out
and submit an electronic answer form. They can submit the
answer form only one time.
The information on that form, which includes the answer, is entered
into a database. A timestamp, a sequential id number, and
a unix time is appended to that submission. Each submission
to the database is recorded in sequence even if they are only milliseconds
apart. The
unique id number indicates the precise order. We will present
results based on timing to the 1/10,000 of
a second.
